Instructions
Prepare gelatin according to directions on the package.
Allow it to cool.
Cut vertically into four gherkins.
Cut the bread into slices, spread them with copious amounts of foie gras, lay a slice of language and, above, a petal of gherkin.
Dip a brush in gelatin and kitchen brush several times the surface of Canapé until they form a homogeneous layer.
Place in the refrigerator to firm up 2 hours.
