Canapés with marinated anchovies
Instructions
Finely chop the onion; mix cheese and add a pinch of salt.
Slice the bread and spread the slices with prepared mixture.
Placed on each slice an anchovy and a slice of cucumber.
Garnish with chives and black olives.
The canapés are served well.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 loaf of whole wheat bread
- 8 marinated anchovies
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 2 pickled cucumbers
- Some stems of chives
- Black olives
- 1/2 scallion
- 1 pinch of salt
