Cut the mullet in wide slices 2 cm.
; remove the outside skin as you use for sausages; grate each slice; Sprinkle the flour got on bread slices, toasted and buttered.
Arrange on serving dish and reheat at the mouth of the oven before serving.
Excellent aperitifs and appetizers in.
