Shrimp butter canapés
Instructions
Remove the butter from the refrigerator at least 2 hours before you start to prepare the canapés.
Boil shrimp in salted water, drain, and Chop fine sgusciateli tails, leaving eight.
In a bowl mix the butter until it is frothy, chopped shrimp, cream.

Add salt and pepper.
