Cook in lightly salted water the beans previously soaked.
Just boils add the bacon, onion, garlic, celery, basil, potatoes, tomatoes, chopped, and 2 tablespoons oil.
Cook for 2 hours.
Prepare "tajarin": knead the flour with the egg and water, pull a thin pastry and let it dry a bit; Sprinkle with flour, roll it up and cut 1/2 wide tajarin cm.
Allargarli.
Merge to the beans when serving and cook for 5 minutes.
