Noodles in salad
Instructions
Clean the peppers and remove the picciuolo, seeds and ribs, then wash them and put them to soak in the oil, with 1 pinch of salt, cut into thin strips.
Boil the pasta al dente, drain, pass them under cold water and season with the pepper and the Basil oil washed and cut, directly over the dough, thin into strips.
Mix well and serve.
