Tagliolini pasta with anchovies and breadcrumbs
Instructions
Fry the garlic in a little oil, clean the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces, put them in a pan, add salt and cook for a few minutes.
Cut the anchovies into small pieces, add them to the tomatoes, you take flavor and remove from heat.
Cook the pasta in salted water, drain and add to the sauce, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and serve immediately.

- 400 g of ripe tomatoes pachino

- 6 anchovies
