Tagliolini with eggplant shell
Instructions
Drain the Eggplant with shell intact.
Cut the flesh into pieces and cook with olive oil and tomatoes.
Season the pasta with the sauce, add the Basil and Parmesan.
Fill Eggplant shells and bake for 5-6 minutes.
