Instructions
Cook the noodles in salted water.
Meanwhile, wash and chop a sprig of parsley.
Then cut into strips smoked salmon.
Drain the noodles and pour into a soup tureen, add the caviar, salmon and parsley and seasoned with good olive oil.
Turn well and serve.
