Taglierini with almonds and pine nuts
Instructions
Pound in a mortar the Basil, parsley, pine nuts, almonds and garlic, then add the tomato paste, dilute with oil and stir with a whisk.
Cook the noodles in salted water, drizzle with prepared sauce and serve.

- 300 g of type pasta noodles
- 40 g of pine nuts
- 40 g of shelled almonds
- 20 g of basil
- 100 g of olive oil
- 150 g of tomato paste
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
