Instructions
Mince the anchovy fillets, cut into cubes the scamorza and put them in a bowl.
Combine the egg yolks and a handful of Parmesan cheese and mix well.
Cook the pasta al dente, drain and coat with butter.
Pay it in a baking dish, coat with egg and cheese sauce and put in a hot oven at 180 degrees until the cheese is melted.

- 120 g of smoked cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 30 g of butter
- 1 handful of grated parmesan cheese
