Tagliatelle with spinach
Instructions
In a saucepan heat half the butter, let wither the finely chopped onion.
Add spinach, boiled and chopped, seasoning, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with half the cheese.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil the salted water and lessatevi the noodles.
Al dente, drain and season with a little butter.
Grease a baking dish and sprinkle thick noodles, spinach and cheese, ending with the latter.
Pour the cream, sprinkle with more cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees.
Accompanying wines: Erbaluce Di Caluso DOC, Val D'arbia DOC, Leverano Bianco DOC.

- 280 g of fresh tagliatelle pasta type
- 700 g of spinach
- 70 g of butter
- 1 glass of cream
- Grated cheese
- 1 onion
- Salt
- Pepper
