Saffron Noodles (Tagliatelle allo Zafferano)
Instructions
Pass the peas in butter together with the onion thinly, Cook for 10 minutes fresh.
Dissolve saffron in boiling salted water and cook the pasta.
Drain it al dente, season it with a knob of butter, add the peas, stir thoroughly and serve immediately.

- 400 g of type pasta noodles
- 400 g of peas
- 30 g of butter
- 1 sachet of saffron
- 1 medium onion
- Salt
