Tagliatelle with sturgeon
Instructions
In a pan heat oil, insaporitevi leeks sliced very thin and when these have become translucent add the diced sturgeon.
Mix, and after two minutes and add tomatoes peeled and chopped.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil the salt water, bake the cut them al dente, drain, rovesciatele on the sauce of sturgeon.
Stir quickly and serve.
