Noodles with speck and trevigiano
Instructions
Thinly slice the onion and fry with just a dash of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Wash and cut the radicchio strips; minimize the Bacon strips.
Add the radicchio to the onion mixture and cook it with a drop of water and a little nut.
Saute the bacon instead.
Boil the noodles al dente, merge them with radicchio, complete with Bacon, grated cheese and toss in the Pan, if necessary by wetting it with a tbsp of cooking water.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of type noodles pasta (nidi)
- 100 g of speck
- 3 heads of radicchio rosso di treviso
- 1 onion
- 1 nut
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
