Noodles with speck
Instructions
Drain the tomatoes, so keep liquid.
Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry them in a pan with the butter for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, Cook the noodles al dente in salted water.
Pour the oil in a pan, let it warm up and add the tomatoes and cook over high heat for a few minutes.
Drain the noodles, put them in a bowl, pour over the bacon, mix well, combining tomatoes and pepper.

- 400 g of type pasta noodles
- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- 100 g of speck (from 50 g slices)
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 walnut butter
- Salt
- Pepper
