Tagliatelle with pink roses
Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan, add the coarsely chopped ham and season.
Combine the cream, rose petals, cut into julienne (except some of the most beautiful that will serve to decorate) and the noodles cooked al dente; wet them with a tbsp of their cooking water, then stir in this precious gravy.
Garnish with rose petals by hand.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type noodles pasta (nidi)
- 200 g of cooking cream
- 150 g of ham (from 150 g slices)
- 70 g of butter
- Rose pink petals not treated
- Salt
