Instructions
Cut the Eggplant into small cubes, boil, drain.
In a pan melt about 50 g of butter, saucepan, heat the garlic and parsley; Add the diced ham, season and add the Eggplant cubes; Add salt, pepper, colored with a teaspoon of concentrated diluted in a little water.
Cook a quarter of an hour, then mix with the cream.
Boil the noodles, season with the gravy, served with cheese.
