Tagliatelle alla carrettiera
Instructions
Put the dried mushrooms in warm water to soften, then drain them with a pass.
Bring to a boil the pot for cooking the pasta.
In a pan put oil to heat, add garlic cut into slices not too small and sauté, mushrooms, tuna and Chili, tomato and adjust salt.
Leave narrow well.
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, and serve it all hot.

- 400 g of type pasta noodles
- 40 g of dried mushrooms
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- 100 g of ventresca di tonno
- Hot pepper
- 500 g of tomato
