Tagliatelle with white truffle
Instructions
In a skillet sauté the garlic butter and a sprig of Rosemary and then remove them.
Boil and drain the noodles, then flavour into the pan.
Linked the bechamel with egg yolk whisked with salt and pepper.
Add the noodles, add the truffles plate, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Stir gently.
All passes in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with butter flakes and passed in hot oven for about 10 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta noodles
- 1 white truffle
- 50 g of butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Bechamel
- 1 egg yolk
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
