Tagliatelle with ham and celery
Instructions
Wash and coarsely chop celery with leaves.
Boil the noodles.
Meanwhile, in a pan with butter, saute the celery and diced cooked ham; season with salt and pepper.
After a few seconds add the marsala wine and allow it to evaporate at high heat.
Drain the pasta al dente and serve immediately with the sauce.
Mix well and serve.

- 350 g of type pasta noodles
- 1 heart of celery
- 50 g of butter
- 100 g of ham
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup of dry marsala wine
