Tagliatelle with smoked salmon
Instructions
Cut into strips 2 or 3 slices of smoked salmon and keep them apart.
Pass the remaining salmon through a sieve.
Boil in salted water boiling the noodles.
Put in a previously heated tureen with boiling water and dried, the past salmon and dilute with cream heated.
Add salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta al dente, pour into Bowl and stir gently.
Complete with strips of salmon held aside and with pepper.

- 200 g of yellow noodles type pasta
- 200 g of green noodles type pasta
- 150 g of smoked salmon
- 10 cl of cooking cream
