Tagliatelle with salmon
Instructions
Fry gently until golden brown the chopped shallots, add the salmon cut into strips, add the vodka, and always on a low flame, after a few minutes put the cream, a pinch of salt and a sprinkling of pepper.
Once topped pasta sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of type pasta noodles
- 80 g of smoked salmon
- 1 shallot
- Margarine
- Parsley
- 1 dram of vodka
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 g of cooking cream
