Tagliatelle with red chicory
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water.
Clean the radicchio, cut heads in half lengthwise, place them in a baking dish, moisten with a little cream and cook for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
Drain the pasta, put it in the baking dish, pour the remaining cream, sprinkle Parmesan cheese, ground black pepper and baked for a past slight "au gratin" cooking.
