Tagliatelle with crab
Instructions
To wither with 20 g of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil all chopped vegetables, combine the crab meat and let it stand for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with 1/2 glass of wine and 1 tablespoon of brandy and evaporate.
Add the tomato paste and 1/2 cup of broth, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Boil the noodles and seasoning them with the sauce.

- 2 shallots
- 1 carrot
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 leek
- 170 g of crab meat
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- White wine
- Brandy
- Vegetable broth
- Olive oil
- Butter
