Tagliatelle with mushrooms
Instructions
Cut the leaf fungi.
FRY 2 cloves garlic in 2 tablespoons oil, salt and 20 g of butter, add the mushrooms and let them stand for 3/4 minutes on low heat.
Add the ham cut into strips and the chopped Basil.
Stir for one minute on low heat, then turn off the flame.
Drain the pasta and dress with the mascarpone.
Put it in the pan with the sauce and you blast for half a minute on high flame.
Flavour with a handful of pepper and serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan.
