Tempting turkey
Instructions
Finely chop the ham.
Flour the meat and colorirla on both sides in butter.
Add salt and pepper, sprinkle with wine, evaporate and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons water and 1 lemon.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Gently transfer the meat to a warm platter, sprinkle with parsley and ham.
Flush with the bottom and serve hot.

- 8 slices of veal breast
- 40 g of butter
- 1/2 shot of dry white wine
- Flour
- 1/2 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- 40 g of ham (slices from 40 g)
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
