Turkey in vermouth
Instructions
Cut the Turkey Breast pieces, infarinarla and browned in olive oil with garlic and chopped onion.
Add salt, pepper, add the vermouth, Sage, hot broth and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Serve hot.

- 500 g of turkey breast
- 4 tablespoons of vermouth
- 25 cl of broth
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 leaves sage
- Flour
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
