Instructions
Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise, carefully and empty the cool half-barks.
Cut the flesh into small cubes of pineapple.
Remove the orange peel, bananas, grapefruit and tangerines.
Cut the bananas to diskettes, separate citrus slices.
Stir, sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice.
Leave to macerate in the refrigerator for 2- -3 hours.
Line the inside of pineapple rind with half the vanilla ice cream, fill with the fruit and cover with the rest of the ice cream.

- 1 pineapple
- 1 orange
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 grapefruit
- 2 mandarins
- 1 lemon
- 125 g of sugar
- 500 g of vanilla ice cream
