Baked turkey
Instructions
Sauté in a little oil, Diced Bacon, sliced onion, chopped carrot.
When everything is colorful put tomatoes peeled and chopped, pitted olives.
Cook for about an hour.
Flour the slices of Turkey, rosolatele in butter, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
Prepare four sheets of baking paper, placed on each piece of topside, nappate with the sauce and place in hot oven for ten minutes.
Serve immediately in foil.

- 4 slices of turkey breast
- 80 g of bacon
- 20 green olives
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 500 g of tomatoes
- Little of olive oil
- Butter
- Little of lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
