Instructions
Put the semolone in a stewing pot where it can be mixed with tranquility and add the lemon juice, stir carefully trying to penetrate the liquid well then let it sit for a few minutes When you see that semolone is well cooked together all ingredients, adding in last (before serving) Mint very fine cut.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 500 g of semolone precooked wheat
- 200 g of pickled vegetables in very small pieces
- 6 lemons
- 4 vegi small diced chicken
- 100 g of tuna in brine
- 5 hardboiled eggs
- 3 sliced ripe tomatoes
- 1 handful of capers
- Some of olives in olive oil
- Some leaves of mint
