Walnut Sauce (2) (Sugo di Noci (2))
Instructions
Peel the nuts, soak them in hot water.
Crush, along with pine nuts, in a mortar.
Chop garlic and parsley.
Saute in oil.
Add the walnut pesto and pine nuts.
Stir and remove from heat.
Add more oil and a little boiling water.
Add salt and mix everything well.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of walnut kernels
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 glass of olive oil extra virgin
- Little of boiling water
- Salt
