Mushroom gravy
Instructions
Chop the onion, garlic and Rosemary.
Sauté in oil.
Add peeled and chopped tomatoes.
Clean the mushrooms.
Chop if fresh, dry them before if soaked in hot water and then chop.
Add them to the tomatoes.
Cook over low heat, by salting, for half an hour.

- 30 g of dried mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 glass of olive oil extra virgin
- 300 g of fresh tomatoes
- 1 onion
- Salt
