Pieces of pastry with basil
Instructions
Defrost the puff pastry at room temperature for about 2 hours.
Meanwhile clean a large handful of basil leaves and chop in food processor with chopped mozzarella, pine nuts, a pinch of salt and half a clove of garlic.
Roll the dough in strips of 5 mm.
3 thick coat with cold water and lean well aligned the chopped prepared divided into remote portions of 24 cm.

Press well around each pile, then cut out the pieces using a cm cutters.
