Pieces of white wine steak
Instructions
Cut diced chicken, Turkey and pork and diced sausage and bacon.
Salt and pepper the meat and pass it in the flour.
Put in a pan with butter garlic and Rosemary, once Golden, remove the garlic and put in the Pan all meat passed in flour.
Allow it to cook for a few minutes and add 1 glass of white wine.
Close the pan with the lid and allow to simmer when the wine is almost completely evaporated, remove the cover and cook the meat into the fire.
Serve hot.

- 100 g of turkey breast

- 150 g of pork loin
- 1 sausage
- 50 g of bacon
- 30 g of butter
- Flour
- 1 glass white wine
