Ricotta Bites (Bocconcini di Ricotta)
Instructions
Chop ham, potato with a spoonful of ricotta and keep aside.
With the rest of the cheese, butter, flour and a pinch of salt make a smooth Pate brisée dough, allow it to rest for an hour.
