Chicken nuggets with sweet and sour shallots sautéed with garlic and zucchini
Instructions
Flour the chicken and dorarlo in a pan with oil and salt.
Coarsely chop the shallots and sautee in a pan with oil, sugar and red wine vinegar.
Cook the zucchini in skillet with oil and garlic, cospargendole with Basil at the end of cooking.
Serve the chicken with Zucchini and shallots sautéed with garlic.

- 2 shallots
- 3 zucchini
- 1 clove of garlic
- Flour
- Sugar
- Red wine vinegar
- Basil
