Instructions
For the dough: knead with your hands in a bowl 100 g flour, 20 g of butter, a pinch of salt, two tablespoons lukewarm water, forming a smooth and homogeneous ball, brush with melted butter and leave to rest.
Cut the apples into thin slices, sprinkle with sugar, add the raisins and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, cover them with tissue paper.
On a floured cloth thoroughly, spread out the dough with the rolling pin, finely spread apples over pastry, arrange them evenly, taking the flaps of the sieve, roll the strudel giving the typical form a Horseshoe.
Place the strudel on a baking pan previously greased and floured, brush with the remaining 1/2 egg and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
Dissolve in half a glass of warm milk the remaining 40 g of butter during cooking and brush the strudel from time to time, subject to availability.
