Fresh cut rind into 2 equal stars and sew them together along the edges.

Stuffed with a sausage pasta dough; carrots, ham, salami and cheese into cubes, parsley and chopped garlic, eggs, salt and pepper.

Cook first steam, then go into the oven to dorarlo.

Serving surrounded by vegetables.
