Instructions
Soak the breadcrumbs in the milk, squeeze it well and crush it.
Mix it with the grana padano and stracchino cut into pieces minutes.
Mix three eggs, add the remaining ingredients, and mix well, adding the salt, nutmeg and parsley (if the dough is too stiff, add a few tablespoons of milk).
Allow to stand for two or three hours and then many meatballs, passed in flour and beaten egg and fried in olive oil.
Before serving, pass them on absorbent paper

- 150 g of breadcrumbs
- Little of milk
- 150 g of grated grana padano cheese
- 80 g of stracchino cheese
- 4 eggs
