White almond pastries to ham
Instructions
Mix the Ham with ricotta and mascarpone, add a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Put the mixture in the fridge for 2 hours.
Wash and dry the lettuce, shred her/it and spread it on the plates.
Put the mixture into the pastry bag and divide it into 3-5 piles on each plate forming of white almond pastries and serve.

- 250 g of ham
- 100 g of ricotta
- 100 g of mascarpone
- Lemon
- Salt
- 6 leaves of lettuce salad
