Brown butter, oil and odours.
Flour the pieces.
Slice the vegetables.
Pour all into a condiment, to take color, season with salt and add drugs.
Add a little warm water to form a thick sauce.
Bake uncovered at moderate flame for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with cognac and cook for 1/4 of an hour.
