Spinach with raisins, almonds and rice pilaf stencil
Instructions
To fry the onion in the oil, add the rice and toast for 2 minutes, add the broth, cover and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
Once cooked make a mold as desired, pour into a dish and frosting with spinach stir-fried with garlic, pine nuts, almonds, raisins and marsala.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of rice
- == 1 small onion
- 1 cup of broth
- 1 bundle of spinach
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 splash of marsala wine
- Sultanas
- Pine nuts
- Almonds
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
