Spinach alla siciliana
Instructions
Put soaked the raisins in warm water.
Clean spinach and wash them repeatedly.
Boil them briefly with the only remaining Member from the wash water, then drain and strizzateli.
In a large frying pan, melt the butter with the olive oil, add garlic peeled that eliminate as soon as Golden, then add the spinach and let them flavor.
