Spinach alla genovese
Instructions
Clean and wash the spinach.
Cook without adding water and put.
Drain and gently strizzateli.
In a pan heat four tablespoons of olive oil with water, anchovies de-boned and roughly chopped.
Add spinach, sprinkle with a tablespoon of fresh parsley chopped, shuffled.
Add the pine nuts and raisins soaked in water tight and squeezed, adjust salt and pepper.
Let them cook for about 10 minutes.
Retired and serve.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
