Dill spinach
Instructions
Heat the onions in oil.
Combine the garlic and dill and FRY for two minutes.
Add the tomato puree and bring to a boil.
Cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Add spinach and water and boil again.
Cover and cook over low heat for another 15 minutes.
Served warm with boiled rice.

- == 1 sliced onion
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of fresh dill
- 450 g of tomato paste
- 300 g of spinach
- 20 cl of water
