Sea Bass Baked in Salt (Spigola al Sale)
Instructions
Clean the fish and drogatelo with a compound prepared by mixing salt, pepper, Rosemary and garlic.
Place on a baking sheet half of salt, lay the fish and cover with the remaining salt.
Bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes.
Remove the Pan from the oven, break the salt crust, fillet the fish and serve with a drizzle of olive oil.

- 1 bass from 1000 g
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3000 g of coarse salt
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 thread of olive oil
