Instructions
Cut eggplant, bell pepper, Zucchini and onions into small pieces.
Salting the Eggplant and let sit for 30 minutes.
Steaming for 5 minutes Zucchini and onions.
Drill a cross cutting on tomatoes.
Season the vegetables with oil, worcester, salt, a few drops of tabasco sauce and chopped Basil and let sit for 1 hour.
Prepare the skewers alternating the ingredients and cook in the oven for 10 minutes.

- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 4 small zucchini
- 3 spring onions
- == 1 yellow pepper
- 12 pitted olives
- Basil
- 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
