Kebabs of smoked
Instructions
Cut the cheese and diced ham and infilzateli (alternating) on wooden skewers.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, pour the olive oil and parsley, and brush with the mixture prepared.
Soon after, then toss them in the breadcrumbs and put them on a hot grill for a few minutes turning them on both sides until it formed a crust.
Serve warm immediately and streamers.
Tip: you might accompany the skewers with toasted bread steamed on the same grid and rubbed with a little garlic.

- 400 g of smoked cheese
- 150 g of prague ham (from 150 g slices)
- Olive oil
- Chopped parsley
- Breadcrumbs
