Salmon skewers with yoghurt
Instructions
Take the salmon fillet and cut it into cubes of 3 cm to the side, and then insert the skewer sticks into cubes forming 8 skewers.
Sprinkle lemon juice with soy sauce, 1 tbsp.
olive oil, salt and pepper.
Drizzle with the soy emulsion salmon skewers and let stand for 3 minutes.
Mix the yoghurt peeled and grated ginger, chopped fresh onion and olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Grill the skewers for 1-2 minutes per side.
Serve them hot with yogurt sauce and a salad.

- 700 g of salmon fillet
- 20 cl of white yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 fresh spring onion
- 1 lemon
- 1 piece of ginger root
- Salt
- Pepper
- Salad
